Cleaning Description: You can configure the below to your personal needs

We will provide the below services after the students vacate the premises.

This cleaning is $50.00 per employee hour.

It is highly recommended that you inspect the property for damages before the cleaning commences.

ALL ROOMS: (Window Washing is not available)

Spider webs, ceiling vents, lamps, lamp shades and knickknacks dusted.

Horizontal blinds dusted. You will be notified if they need to replaced.

Light fixtures, ceiling fans, mirrors, pictures on walls, interior & exterior of sliding glass doors and storm doors, window frames, door frames, doors, switch plates, outlet covers, stairs (steps, risers, spindles, baluster, and banister), heating registers and baseboards washed. (Heating registers that are rusted will not be washed. Heating registers will not be taken apart)

Walls washed. Most times not all food/drink spills and marks are removed.

Carpets vacuumed; floors vacuumed and washed. This includes under heating registers, under are and throw rugs, and under furniture.

Cloth furniture vacuumed; all non-cloth furniture washed.

Couch and chair framing and cushions vacuumed.

Box springs and mattresses removed; framing cleaned.

Sofa beds and futons opened and cleaned-out.

Bed, couch and chair cushions and pillows fixed.

KITCHEN:

Interior and exterior of all large and small appliances cleaned.

Contents in the kitchen cabinets and drawers will be washed and put back in an organized manner.

Interior and exterior of all cabinets and drawers cleaned.

Refrigerator/freezer pulled out, if feasible, and cleaned behind.

Electric stoves will be pulled out, if feasible, and cleaned behind. Damaged burner drip pans will be discarded.

Exhaust hood and filter cleaned but not taken apart.

Back splash, counters, sinks and kick-boards under all cabinets and drawers washed.

Chrome and brass faucet fixtures polished and shined.

BATHROOMS:

Washable mold cleaned off the walls and ceiling.

Tiled walls washed.

Tubs and showers cleaned.

Shower doors cleaned. Moldy or ripped shower liners will be discarded.

Toilets cleaned inside, outside and underneath.

Finished back splash, counters, sinks and kick-boards under all of the cabinets and drawers washed.

Interior and exterior of the vanity cleaned.

Chrome and brass shower and faucet fixtures polished and shined.

OTHER SERVICES:

Washer and dryer cleaned inside and out.

Basement swept cleaned

Garage swept cleaned

Opened food items left in the kitchen cabinets, drawers, closets or refrigerator/freezer deposited into the trash receptacles on site.

Unopened food items will be donated to our local food pantry

Garage swept clean

House trash secured and deposited in and/or around the receptacles on site.
