A physical inspection is performed to check the interior and exterior of the structure and property grounds. You are notified immediately if anything is found.

Please contact us if you would like your home to be added to our scheduled inspection rotation.

There is a minimum fee of $50.00 for this service.

If a major storm is going to impact our area, we can schedule an inspection after it is safe to visit the area your home is located in. Please click on the Storm Arriving page to see the service offered.
